One doesnÂ’t pay close attention to the nuances of the treatment for cancer until one needs to. It makes sense that unless we have an unusual penchant for or fascination with reading up on amazing medical treatments, we donÂ’t take the time to learn of the problems, the solutions, the symptoms, or the side effects. You know, when I tell younger friends now about the treatment for acne I had been exposed to as a kid and further, the process I went through to undertake (or undergo) that treatment for acne, they scoff in disbelief. They poo-poo the details because they do not believe I had such advanced treatments for acne (some 30 years ago). Or they decide I am manufacturing details to entertain or shock them.
